Terms:

Bartending 101, a 45 clock hour program. T.I.P.S, a six clock hour program. Flair, an eleven clock hour program. Cocktail Creations, a one clock hour program. Hire a Bartender Bartending 101 Upon successful completion of Bartending 101 I will receive a Mixology certificate. Successful competition requires that students meet or exceed minimum academic standards, complete all 45 clock hours with at least an 80% attendance rate, and meet all financial obligations to the school. The minimum academic standards for Evaluation Reports/ Practice Examinations consist of correctly making 6 drinks in 3 minutes and answering 7 out of 10 questions correctly. The minimum academic standards for the Speed Drill consist of correctly making 16 drinks in 7 minutes and answering 16 of the 20 questions correctly. Bartender of America Bartending School acknowledges that job placement and salaries cannot be guaranteed. Students requesting a copy of their school transcript must put the request in writing, be in good financial standing and pay a transcript fee of $5. Students that wish to re-enroll will be assessed a re-enrollment fee of $25 and any balances must be paid in full. Refund Policy for Bartending 101 All fees paid by a student will be refunded if the student chooses not to enroll in or to withdraw from the school within 7 calendar days after having signed the enrollment contract. If the student chooses not to enroll after the 7-day cancellation period but before the first day of instruction, the school will retain the application fee. After the 7-day cancellation period expires and a student withdraws after instruction has begun, refunds shall be based on the total contract price for the course or program and shall include all fees, except registration or any charges for materials, supplies, or books which have been purchased by, and are the property of, the student. The date of withdrawal or termination is the last date of attendance by the student. A refund due to a student shall be based on the date of withdrawal or termination and paid within 60 days from the date of withdrawal or termination. If the school closes or discontinues a course or program, the school will refund to each currently enrolled student monies paid by the student for tuition and fees and monies for which the student is liable for tuition and fees. The minimum refund that will be paid by Bartender of America to a student who withdraws or is terminated after the 7-day cancellation period has expired and after instruction has begun, is as follows: Proportion of total program Taught by date of withdrawal Tuition refund Less than 10% 90% refund 10% up to but not including 20% 80% refund 20% up to but not including 30% 60% refund 30% up to but not including 40% 40% refund 40% up to 50% 20 % refund More than 50 % No refund I have received an exact copy of the enrollment contract and a current school catalog. I have been advised to keep this document as well as copies of all financial documents. In order to be binding, this contract must be signed by the applicant and a school official. The enrollment contract may be extended or modified only with the written consent of both the student and the school. I would like to start Bartending 101 with-in seven days. I agree to waive the seven-day cancellation policy that was in my enrollment agreement. T.I.P.S Non-refundable, but may be exchanged for other produces and services. Flair Non-refundable, but may be exchanged for other produces and services. Cocktail Creations Non-refundable, but may be exchanged for other produces and services. Hire a Bartender Non-refundable, but may be exchanged for other produces and services. By signing this agreement you acknowledge that Bartender of America Bartending School is a third party service provider and will not be liable for any type of damages that may result from the contracted event. While we can suggest what alcohols and supplies may be necessary to make your requested drinks, we do not include these items in the charged fee. It will be your responsibility to purchase the ingredients & items.
